Σε πίνουμε, ώ θάνατε

με τις ματιές μας και τ’ αυτιά

σε πίνουμε μέρα τη μέρα.

Καιρό δεν έχουμε για αντείο

μήτε τα μνήματα να σκάψουμε

οι ηγέτες μας ανοίξανε το δρόμο

μ’ υποκρισία και ψευτιές.
