“I’d love to go with you Eteo,” she assured him as they walked
along the seawall, dodging the many others walking that afternoon,
quite a few of whom Eteo recognized and nodded hello to as they
went by.
“Hello, Eteo,” a voice behind them called out. Eteo turned to see
Frankie approaching.
“Hello, Frankie,” he replied, holding out his hand. They shook
hands and Eteo added, “Allow me to introduce you to my friend Ariana.”
Frankie Julliano shook hands with Ariana. “Pleased to meet you,
Ariana,” he said pleasantly, then turning to Eteo, asked, “So how have
you been? Have you looked at Lionsgate yet?”
“A good word at the right time, Frankie. Here is one of your new
shareholders,” Eteo said, gesturing at Ariana, “but don’t take me
wrong. To be truthful, most of my clients aren’t used to buying shares
at the level of Lionsgate. They only know the penny stocks game. But
Ariana wanted a more conservative portfolio, so I put a few Lionsgate
shares in her account. But I also like your Wheaton a lot, and I pick
a few shares of it almost every day”
“I didn’t realize you knew my Wheaton. I don’t run it though, as
you may have learned.”
“I know Frankie, but I wouldn’t mind a little more of it all the
same,” Eteo replied.
“Well, we have a private placement at a dollar coming down the
shoot as a matter of fact. Would you like some of that? It’s planned
as a unit a share with a two-year warrant. Think about it.”
“You can make some room for me in this?”
“Why not? You’re a straight shooter, and I like laconic people,
not the ones who say a lot without saying much, if you know what I
mean.
“I sure do,” Eteo replied with a smile. “So should I call your office
people?”
“Yes, call them tomorrow. How many shares are we talking
about?”
