that the scent of jasmine or cypress
will establish again
all the beautiful fragrances
of the faceless nature?
How long it takes
for the landscape to maintain
that overpowering combination
of breeze and a certain footstep?
How long the cosmos will still remind
the meeting of an unimportant glance
when will the light regain
its absolute superiority
over the momentary triumph
of a human shadow?
