IX
I and my ball are
the world
that fits around me perfectly.
I’m turning, I revolve
with the hours rayed on my body
I’m the beardless worm
hunched on the mulberry leaf
and out there, what a music!
Heavy door latch, heavy cloud
have shut me out
I feel numb, I stop talking
life flows thickly in my mouth
I choke.
I keep motionless
in the whirlwind of motion
I flow
I make the moment rot
in passion.
