A True Hellene
When the others finally understood what happened
efforts were made to change his mind; Homeric family
councils, meetings of doctors, even the city’s authorities
intervened,
but young Leonard, true to the ancient beliefs, refused
to grow up thus offering a phenomenon that soon made
our city center a major attraction;
for this the statues of heroes now have more visitors.
